Hi. Thanks for the Colorado pork green Chile recipe. Have you ever had the green chile at La Casa Del Rey in Commerce City? Its the best. I lived in Colorado all my life. One year ago I moved to Texas and they have no idea what green chile is. I’m going to make your recipe and show them. Thanks again.
