    1. I know – poison wrapped up in a pretty package, lol! But ya gotta have some sweet – and I’d rather have something I bake than something from the store. 🙂

          1. Me, too! I always think it looks good and sometimes I’m tempted but it so often doesn’t live up to my idea of what I think it should taste like. The exception, I think is this little gourmet store I go to every couple years. THey make swans out of chocolate (different kinds) and fill them with mousse. I feel so special when I buy one of those…

      1. I love that you covered it in white! Is that a Swiss meringue frosting? I tried to make a bouche once but I covered it in a chocolate frosting… And it just wasn’t pretty 😅

  2. Great collection. I’m making cream puffs this weekend. Promised one of the Romanian supply teachers that’s doing a long term at the school I was at Wed, Thurs and Fri that I’ll bring him some on Tues (got an early call) so I can’t back out. 🙂

    1. Oh, I love a good cream puff – and it’s hard to find good ones, anymore, at least here. I have never made one, but they look like quite the labor of love. You’re talking about the ones in the horn shape?

    1. Hi Nancy! I’m having to post to create my menu in pictures. It’s kind of fun to see the round up! I see a few I need to remake with better pictures, for one. I’d start with that Toffee Cheesecake or that Frozen Lemon Meringue Dessert if I were you, lol! 🙂 My next dessert menu is going to be Down Home Favorites.
