Y’all I know I love a loaf of good quick bread and judging from the number of views of the Quick Breads that are already on my site, I think you do, too. Amirite? When I saw Jennifer Shae of Trophy Cupcakes use this Swiss Meringue on her S’more Cupcakes on Martha Stewart, I wasn’t taking any issue that she called this “Marshmallow Frosting.” I was more interested that it toasted so beautifully and tastes soooo good!

There are several Buttercream Frostings, and one that has increased in popularity recently is not very well-known is Ermine Buttercream. I was recently reading several posts about the different types of buttercream and Ermine wasn’t even on any of the lists! Ermine Buttercream Frosting is sometimes called a flour-based buttercream and sometimes called Boiled Flour Frosting or Pudding Based Frosting.
