  I know everyone thinks it’s a summer thing, but I love ice-cream any time! I also like to swim in the rain (as long as there is no thunderstorm) which is kind of the same thing in a way!

  I love anything lemon meringue and that is one outstanding cake, if I do say so! 🙂 I have another I used to make that had orange curd and meringue and tasted like a tangy adult creamsicle – coming soon, I hope! 🙂
