A while back, I made a No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream and we loved it. It was super creamy deliciousness! This week I changed things up. It’s strange – I like strawberries more than cherries, but I like No Churn Cherry Ice Cream more than the Strawberry one. Go figure! I seriously went gaga over this!
No Churn Cherry Ice Cream
If you love strawberries and cream together, you’ll fall for this No Churn Strawberry Ice Cream. I think it’s the most strawberry-iest and the most creamiest ice cream ever. As I was eating my cone, I looked over at my son and exclaimed, “This makes me happy!” His reply, “Best ice cream ever”.
A few weeks ago, Anna commented on my recipe for Horchata and asked where the recipe for my Horchata Arroz con Leche (Rice Pudding) that I promised to post was. (Anna, I hope you’re following so you see this, and sorry for the delay!) Horchata, if you’re not familiar, is a Mexican Aguas Fresca, a cool, creamy, cinnamony rice-based beverage. It’s so much better than it sounds; it’s absolutely delish, refreshing, but with a little substance.

Guys, I gotta tell you I haven’t been this excited about Fudge for a long time. My wonderful neighbor and friend (thank you “S”) dropped off some Fireball Whiskey Fudge the other day. I fell in love at first taste. And the funniest thing about that is that I’m not a huge fudge person, and I don’t care much for Whiskey.
