It’s Labor Day weekend, and for a little longer, it’s still peach season. All the more reason to take advantage now, and you won’t find a better use for local peaches than my Sparkling Peach Sangria.

Oh my gosh, guys – I am not a big drinker, but The Dirty Snowman Cocktail might just cure that! You can see just by the pics it’s amazing! It’s like a warm hug on a cold winter day.
It’s no secret to anyone who knows me that I love Bailey’s Irish Cream. Well actually, make that any Irish Cream because I sometimes buy the less expensive versions. For years, though (make that decades) I’ve been making my own Homemade Baileys Irish Cream.

Well, I’m finally home in Minnesota, back from Georgia and my daughter’s wedding. I’ll post more on that later, when the photos are in~but I was looking forward, after weeks of 90 plus degree weather down south, to more reasonable temps. Guess what? It was 88 degrees back home. And while I might be jumping the gun just a little, I’m loving these Watermelon Cooler Cocktails. They’re a little sweet, a little tart and they taste fabulous! Perfect for a hot summer evening.
