It’s no secret to anyone who knows me that I love Bailey’s Irish Cream. Well actually, make that any Irish Cream because I sometimes buy the less expensive versions. For years, though (make that decades) I’ve been making my own Homemade Baileys Irish Cream.
Guys, I gotta tell you I haven’t been this excited about Fudge for a long time. My wonderful neighbor and friend (thank you “S”) dropped off some Fireball Whiskey Fudge the other day. I fell in love at first taste. And the funniest thing about that is that I’m not a huge fudge person and I don’t care much for Whiskey.
Hi guys! Hope you all had a great St. Patrick’s day on Saturday. I wish I would have posted these Really Bailey’s Cream Cheese Brownies before, so you all could have them for the celebration. You might want to pin them or save them or just make them anyway. With or without the hooch, they’re insanely good!
I had so much fun experimenting with Bailey’s frosting – I think I was covered with frosting by the time I was done. I seriously wanted a Bailey’s frosting that actually tasted of Bailey’s and here it is…and it has a generous full cup of Bailey’s!
Bailey’s Irish Cream. I remember my first taste. I was barely legal but didn’t have my license with me, and my Dad, my StepMom Pat, and their friends vouched for me. That probably doesn’t happen anymore. They just really thought I should try Bailey’s. I agree and think everyone should, especially this Baileys Irish Cream Recipe Copycat Version.
