Every once in awhile I come across a recipe that defies every known law of cooking! That’s this one. Sheet Tray Sausages with Onions & Grapes. It has a handful of ingredients, one admittedly a little strange, that you might have at home. It’s no effort, drop-dead simple and ready in about 35 minutes. And it’s so absolutely delish you’re gonna be flabbergasted by how good it is. Sound like a small miracle? Yep. And we all need small miracles every now and then.
Simple Instant Pot Spaghetti
I don’t think anyone can deny that I can be a bit of a food snob now and then. That’s made me avoid making certain dishes in my Instant Pot. Namely, Instant Pot Spaghetti. I took the plunge after visiting my daughter. When I got home, I decided to put out a little series of super easy, family-friendly Instant Pot meals to help Jess feed her hungry hoard. I gotta say, I’m eating my words over this recipe! Or I would be if I weren’t stuffing my mouth with this Simple Instant Pot Spaghetti!
Bulgarian Cheese Pots
I gotta say, I’m pretty much all over the place today. Yesterday it was a down-home dish of Easy Cheesy Chili Mac, and today? Today, I’m going to Bulgaria, in my mind at least, and serving up Bulgarian Cheese Pots!
Braised Pork Roast with Sausage & Cabbage
Usually, I think of long, slow cooking like Braised Pork Roast with Sausage & Cabbage in the fall, but a pot of this glorious dish couldn’t be better on a cold, winter night or a drizzly spring day. This is like Sunday dinner extraordinaire! You might want to try to make this sometime this spring (I’m posting this is March) before it gets too warm for a hearty dinner.
New Orleans Creole Jambalaya
Mardi Gras is almost upon up, and Mardi Gras always makes me think of New Orleans and New Orleans always makes me think of Jambalaya. See how my mind works? It’s all about the food, lol! And while my fave Jambalaya Recipe is already on my site, one made with a roux (that’s said to be the Cajun-style) I really wanted to up my game this year and perfect a Creole-style Jambalaya, the tomato-y kind. Yeah, I’ had to get out of my (very delish) Cajun rut and make this New Orleans Creole Jambalaya for Mardi Gras this year.
