At first thought, the idea of Deviled Egg Potato Salad seems kind of redundant. I mean, after all, doesn’t potato salad already have pretty much the same ingredients as deviled eggs?
Baja Chicken Tacos & Baja Sauce
Here it is August and I just realized I haven’t made/posted any knock your socks off tacos since my Bahn Mi Street Tacos around Memorial Day. Well, it’s time! Time for Baja Chicken Tacos & Baja Sauce.
Classic Crazy Broccoli Salad
I must be getting old coz I find my memory slipping a bit here and there. (What did I come into this room for is just the beginning!) After I made this Classic Crazy Broccoli Salad, I remembered I already have a lighter no no-Mayo version. So that’s why I’m calling this one “Classic.” (And if you’re interested, another fave brocolli salad: Shaved Broccoli Salad with Apple & Tarragon.)
Copycat Costco Chicken Salad – Instant Pot or Not
I make lots of Chicken salads in the summer, usually loaded up with something fun or special…but every now and then I get a craving for a good old fashioned chicken salad. A few years back I was introduced to Costco’s Chicken Salad by my sister in law. My gosh, did it ever hit the spot and it’s crazy good. But I couldn’t help but think it would be so easy to make a Copycat Costco Chicken Salad at home.
Knorr’s Spinach Dip
I had a thought the other day. About Knorr’s Spinach Dip. I don’t know why I got it in my head that I had to make that old fashioned, spinach dip. The one we used to make with a Knorr’s Vegetable Soup packet (now it’s called Knorr’s Vegetable Recipe Mix) and was usually served in bread bowls. And way back the 80’s I remember it was all the rage. I also remember Knorr’s Spinach Dip as being perfect on a hot summer day, all cool and creamy and delish and served at just about any summer party. Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Fourth of July, even Labor Day.
