Earlier this week, I made my Simple Tomato Soup, and peeking out, here and there in the pics is my Parmesan Crusted Crostini. I promised I’d post the recipe, so here it is. Just so you know when I served that soup, these Parmesan Crusted Crostini pretty much stole the show.
