Yanno, Valentine’s Day is almost here – a day celebrated for sweethearts, but also by everyone, young and old, and those of us that just celebrate friendship. I’ve done a few popcorn mixes for different holidays, but never for Valentine’s Day. Today, I change all that! Here is my Valentines White Chocolate Popcorn.
I can’t explain how I’ve fallen in love with these fun popcorn mixtures. They’re just kind of magical & I just keep creating them. I think this Peeps Oreo White Chocolate Pretzel Bunny Bait Popcorn is the best so far.
Merry Christmas all! I just had to share my newest “discovery” today, which now I’m seeing everywhere. My daughter introduced me to Oreo Truffles. Honestly, I wouldn’t have thought to make them. Oreos? Really? Don’t make that same mistake – get yourself some Oreos and good chocolate and make them, preferably now.
Last Christmas season, I made batch after batch of White Chocolate Christmas Popcorn Party Mix. Everyone loved it, but this year I’ve had Peppermint Bark on my mind. I don’t know why, but every time I think of making something, I think Peppermint Bark. Peppermint Bark. It’s just so festive!
If there’s ever a cookie that screams “Christmas” it has to be a White Chocolate & Dried Cranberry Cookie. And so I dutifully waited until after Thanksgiving to post these lovelies.
Freshly popped popcorn from the stove-top or an air popper, maybe with a touch of butter & a little salt – is there anything better? Well, yeah, there is! Popcorn tossed with goodies and drizzled with white chocolate. Now you’re talking!
I try to make this cake every Christmas season – from Martha Stewart’s 2003 Christmas Book. She calls it Birch de Noel, and I always thought it was fitting because up here in the North Country all the logs are generally covered with white in the winter. Of course, it’s divine, with the chocolate cake wrapped around a White Chocolate Mousse filling, all topped by sparkling billows of snowy white Seven Minute Frosting.
If you want to feel like you’ve died and gone to heaven, make this bread pudding. Seriously. Well, maybe you’ll want to skip the “died” part and just have heaven on earth. This is a want to lick your plate clean dessert!
