No, not the white one, we all know the cucumber yogurt sauce, Cacik or Tzatziki Sauce, right? The other one? It’s Tahini Sauce, and specifically for the Home Style Chicken Shawarma, I made the other day, a Lemon Garlic Tahini Sauce.

I love love love fall. It’s my favorite season. I love the cool crisp air, and the fall colors and the golden fields and bare branches contrasting against the cool skies. And I love fall flavors and food that has. Lots of taste, lots of comfort. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus qualifies on both counts.
Hummus, here in the US, is often spelled as shown, but I suspect this is a phonetic rendering and in most areas of the world is spelled just like Elaine over at Foodbod does, Homous.
