I’m a huge fan of Sun-Dried Tomatoes like these Oven-Dried Tomatoes (or Un Sun Tomatoes I hear them called sometimes!) And I’m a fan of Slow Roasted Tomatoes, too. Both have such an intensity and are so easy.
