I still remember the first time I had this Classic Buffalo Chicken Dip at a party. I was kind of blown away! I think it was the first time I had any kind of a dip that had chicken in it, for one! So right away that was a whole new concept for me. It was served from a slow cooker (love that for a big party) and rich and creamy and spicy! That one was actually VERY spicy….this one’s a bit tamer.

My sister raved about Cornbread Salad and forced me to make it. It sounds crazy. (Both the recipe and the insistence, lol.) I tried to blow her off, but she wouldn’t let it go. She made me promise to make it and report back! Once I did, I fell in love. Hard.

Anyone that knows me in real life that I’m not the biggest Ranch dressing fan. As far as this Bacon Ranch Potato Salad? I have my lil’ sis (who I no longer consider evil for suggesting such a salad knowing I’m not a Ranch fan) to thank because I gotta tell ya, I love this potato salad! And so do the folks (my favorite octogenarians) who jumped on this like there was no tomorrow.
