Way back when my sister and I were discussing what should be on the menu for a family get together. We got down to the salad dressing. “Honey Dijon?” I asked. It was kind of a new thing then. “No one likes that,” she said, flatly. But I didn’t say, “I do, I do!” And goodness help me, I do. Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Blogging is weird sometimes. I hope I can say that if you follow me, and apologize for doing so you’re someone who just stopped by once in like 10 years to look at this recipe. But I develop recipes, make food, take a pic or two (or like a hundred, hoping to get a good one), and put it out there. And it’s kind of like having someone over for dinner. “Will you like it?” I wonder. Oh, the angst. But I’m pretty sure you’ll like this Peach Glazed Pork Tenderloin! We do…a lot.
Peach Upside Down Cake
It seems like I’ve been doing a lot with desserts lately, partially because I just finished updating all of my dessert menus which took weeks! Arugula & Peach Salad with Feta & Bacon
Here it is, September already, and I’m in full-on denial. Maybe that should be “fall” on denial! I keep seeing little signs of fall, although you wouldn’t know it by the weather. Or the glut of fruits & veggies at the store. The gorgeous Colorado peaches (I think some of the best) inspired this Arugula & Peach Salad with Feta & Bacon.
