If you’re looking for a fun little salsa, something super easy, to dress up just about anything grilled, look no further! This easy, breezy Watermelon Peach Salsa is cool, refreshing, and has just a hint of heat. And you won’t want to stop eating it.
“Life is better than death, I believe, if only because it is less boring, and because it has fresh peaches in it.” Alice Walker. I think she might very well be right, and I think this Bourbon Brown Sugar Peach Crostata will prove her so.
Way back when my sister and I were discussing what should be on the menu for a family get together. We got down to the salad dressing. “Honey Dijon?” I asked. It was kind of a new thing then. “No one likes that,” she said, flatly. But I didn’t say, “I do, I do!” And goodness help me, I do. Home-made at least, and especially on this Fruited Chicken Salad with Honey Dijon. Don’t tell my sis!
Blogging is weird sometimes. Which I hope I can say if you follow me, and apologize for doing so you’re someone who just stopped by in like 10 years to look at this recipe. But I make food, take a pic or two (or like a hundred, hoping to get a good one) and put it out there. And it’s kind of like having someone over for dinner. “Will you like it?” I wonder. Oh the angst.
It seems like I’ve been doing a lot with desserts lately, partially because I just finished updating all of my dessert menus which took weeks! So, in way of saying thanks for your patience about post after post of desserts, I’m posting another dessert! So if you haven’t deserted me (sorry, couldn’t help myself) here’s a beautiful Peach Upside Down Cake. I know my pics don’t do it justice!
