Birria Tacos (Quesabirra) were trending when I posted a recipe a while back, and still are, for good reason. They’re everything you love about Mexican food, plus more! Tender beef, luscious and juicy, lots of gooey cheese and crispy goodness, and best of all, dippable. The broth, consomme, that results from cooking takes everything over the top! And now you can make them faster at home with my Instant Pot Birria Recipe.
Simple Steak Yakisoba
Sampling at Costco is always an adventure, with some hits and some misses. Yakisoba was a hit, and I grabbed a box of the frozen packets, envisioning quick lunches for my favorite octogenarians. Surprise – both folks not only loved it, but managed to eat it without difficulty, a rare victory. I had to double down on this success with a homemade version, and so this Simple Steak Yakisoba manifested into existence!
Birria de Res & Birria Tacos
Birria de Res & Birria Tacos are super trendy, and if they’re not on your radar yet, let this be a sign to make them! Birria de Res is a classic, a Mexican “stew” of beef, slowly cooked, earthy, rich, fragrant, and just a little spicy. And the tacos made from it? Quesabirra, out of this world delish.
Restaurant Style Mexican Ground Beef
Do you know what I think has never really gotten its due? Mexican Style Ground Beef. I think too often at home we spice up our ground beef with taco seasoning which is fine and even craveable, but you don’t get that great Restaurant Style Mexican Ground Beef flavor and the taste and texture that comes with it.
Feta Stuffed Harissa Sliders
Hi guys, I’ve been a bit awol lately; I’ve been a little under the weather, so I hope you’re bearing with me. I’m feeling better, but it seems hard to stay on track and I’m sleeping off and on pretty much around the clock. And it’s been hard to get excited about anything, although I gotta admit, I did get pretty excited about these Feta Stuffed Harissa Sliders. I actually want them again already.
