Thanks to my sister for finding and passing on this festive, creamy Cranberry Rosemary Cheese Spread for bread, crackers or fruit! It’s a bit different from some of the old standards which is always a plus in my book and perfect for the Holiday season.
I gotta tell ya, I never thought about eating Bacon Wrapped Dates. Recipes, I’ve seen, but back me up here, folks, doesn’t it sound kind of weird? Maybe I just thought that’s because I haven’t really tried them before. So I’m here to tell you weird they are, but weirdly delish in the most Gobsmacking way! These ones have a little extra bit of deliciousness. They’re Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Dates.
Have I ever told you I’m wild about Beets? We had a rough start, beets and I did, way back in elementary school. Canned beets, blech! But garden fresh beets? They’re another story altogether. So if you haven’t had beets in awhile, “…all I’ma sayin’ is give beets a chance…” ♬

Some of you (yes, you know who you are, baby sis and big bro!) may have heard me waxing on poetically about the humble beet. I love them and am always looking for ways to add them in to my diet when they’re available at the grocery or farmer’s market.
