This is the third and final recipe to go with the Brazilian Feijoada I made the other day. In addition to that marvelous bean stew that was just loaded with all kinds of meats, beef and pork, some smoked, I served a traditional side, fresh & bright Brazilian Style Collard Greens. What really accented those dishes was this Brazilian Vinegar Tomato Salad.

The other day I shared my Instant Pot Brazilian Feijoada. It’s marvelous and easy and really set to be a family favorite. But yanno what else is marvelous and easy? The Brazilian Style Collard Greens I made to go along with that dish. These fresh and tender greens are minutes to make and while I love a traditional style Southern Collard Greens, these are a whole different animal.

So how about it guys, do you read magazines any longer? I get so much information online that they sometimes seem obsolete. And yet I manage to subscribe to a couple of food magazines because they are just so inexpensive. And they inspire me – when I manage to get them open and actually read them! That’s how I fell in love with the idea of this Moqueca Brazilian Seafood Stew – I saw it in Food & Wine Magazine.
