So ya all know if you follow me (and if you don’t, I’d love it if you do! Check on the sidebar at the right) that I just posted out my Saltine Cracker Caramel Bars. I just couldn’t resist taking another crack (bad pun) at a cracker treat. I am all about quick, fun and easy this year! I’ve been so behind at getting my holiday treats posted because of my various “ailments” (Btw, my hand & shoulder seem to be better after cortisone shots although I had my doubts at first!) that I’m doubling up and posting two treats, today.

White Lace Inn Oatmeal Chocolate Toffee Cookies
Do you want a big, delicious bakery-style cookie just chock full of chocolate and toffee? Maybe one like these White Lace Inn Oatmeal Chocolate Toffee Cookies? I betchya do. Even if you didn’t know it before now.

Toffee Bar Cake
Gosh I love chocolate, but caramelly goodness comes a close second. It doesn’t matter what form that caramel taste comes in, but one of my faves is English Toffee. Especially my Aunt Ginny’s English Toffee, but if I can’t have that, I’ll settle for a Heath or a Skor…you won’t have to twist my arm.

Aunt Ginny’s English Toffee
My Aunt Ginny was famous for her Toffee, a Christmas treat, and I remember “helping” her make it when she visited. Even as a kid I was always hanging out in the kitchen. And when it was something curious like the alchemy involved in candy making, it was magic for me. It still is. 🙂
