This is the third and final recipe to go with the Brazilian Feijoada I made the other day. Longhorn Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad
For someone who doesn’t frequent a lot of steakhouses, I seem to be building up quite a little collection of Steakhouse Recipes. (Click on the tag “Steakhouse” at the bottom of this post to see some of them.) Here’s another, a copycat version of Longhorn Steakhouse’s Longhorn Grilled Chicken Strawberry Salad.

So here it is, African Tomato & Onion Salad.
Copycat Costco Chicken Salad – Instant Pot or Not
I make lots of Chicken salads in the summer, usually loaded up with something fun or special…but every now and then I get a craving for a good old fashioned chicken salad. A few years back I was introduced to Costco’s Chicken Salad by my sister in law. My gosh, did it ever hit the spot and it’s crazy good. But I couldn’t help but think it would be so easy to make a Copycat Costco Chicken Salad at home.
Louisiana Sensation Salad Dressing

And while this is a regional specialty, Louisiana Sensation Salad Dressing is one of those recipes that’s right at home anywhere you might live!
