I must be getting old coz I find my memory slipping a bit here and there. (What did I come into this room for is just the beginning!) After I made this Classic Crazy Broccoli Salad, I remembered I already have a lighter no-Mayo version. This is the OG version. This recipe isn’t exactly “new” to my site, but this fabulous Herby Lemon Vinaigrette really needed its own place to live on its own page. In the past, it’s been part of my Cold Tuna Salad with Green Beans, but this dressing is so versatile, you might want to try it on different salads, maybe use it as a marinade, and maybe even drizzle it over any simply cooked or grilled fish or chicken.

Easy Basil Pesto Vinaigrette has got to be the easiest salad dressing ever! As long as you have a little Pesto, that is! It’s such a quick cheat and will be fabulous on all kinds of greens and/or pasta salads. I used it the other day in my Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad with Apples & Feta and it was a beautiful marriage.

I don’t know if I was happy or horrified by how well the Brussels sprouts I had in the fridge kept! I’ve been checking on them, watching as there were certainly things more desperate to be used at my house. They’ve been in my fridge veggie drawer since the first week we high-risk people were told to stay in so that’s five weeks now, I think!
