I just updated my Classic Ham Salad with new photos (and now new text) after I made it with the leftovers from my Pineapple Glazed Ham we had at Christmas. I posted the original out in August of 2016 during an epic heatwave when we were doing just about anything we could to keep cool.
First of all, no need for congratulations; I’m not pregnant! If I were, I’d have ice cream with my Reuben Potstickers. 🙂 I’ll admit, though, this is a decidedly different combination of ingredients, perhaps a bit odd, and it might just cause cravings for you, too!
Thousand Island Dressing seems to be making a bit of a comeback, probably due, in part, to McDonald’s restaurants. It’s morphed over the years from a classic, but old-fashioned salad dressing to the “special sauce” on a Big Mac into all-purpose dipping sauce, popular with the younger generations.
