This Halloween season I’m really missing my grandkids. It didn’t help that I watched a stupid show on the Hallmark Channel. Well, maybe not stupid, but I’m calling it that because it got me all teary eyed. You probably know the kind of show I mean. It was Halloween. The nanny won over the kids, they all fell in love, then Dad came around for the ride. So I got to thinking about what I would like to make with my grandkids and these Chocolate Dipped Halloween Spiders won my heart.

I can’t explain how I’ve fallen in love with these fun popcorn mixtures. They’re just kind of magical & I just keep creating them for different holidays. Those that know me know I don’t usually go for this kind of thing, or at least I didn’t! But here I am with yet another concoction for yet another holiday. I think this Peeps Oreo White Chocolate Pretzel Bunny Bait Popcorn is the best so far. Not only is it fabulous with a few sparkles here and there, but it’s also downright delicious with its play on softy, crunchy, chewy and salty sweetness.

Monster Cookies
Monster Cookies are one of those cookies that I’ve mostly had from an assortment of big bakery boxes of cookies that always seemed to show up around work or school functions. You know the beat: Chocolate Chip Cookies, probably not as good as my Bill’s Chocolate Chip Cookies and maybe an Oatmeal Cookie, which usually are pretty good but pale in comparison to these Big Chewy Oatmeal Cookies. And then there are the Monster Cookies.
