My son and I had the best time making these little Pulled Pork Mini Bells the other day. They were each just a perfect scrumptious little bite or two, and I thought they might make a great lower-carb option for a casual holiday party or a game day. Fair warning: they’re a crowd pleaser and are going to go fast!
Spicy Black Bean Chili
If you’ve been a follower (and if not, I’d love if you would; signups for email, facebook, and twitter are to the right) ya gotta know by now that I am a Soup lover, and def a Chili lover (they are all on my main index for Soups Chowders & Chili.) I have all kinds of Chili on my site ranging from old school to family-friendly, green to red, and a few grown-up ones. This Spicy Black Bean Chili is in that last category.
Restaurant Style Mexican Ground Beef
Do you know what I think has never really gotten its due? Mexican Style Ground Beef. I think too often at home we spice up our ground beef with taco seasoning, which is fine and even craveable, but you don’t get that great restaurant-style Mexican Ground Beef flavor and the taste and texture that comes with it.
African Tomato & Onion Salad
Awhile back, I put out a recipe for my new fave burger, Feta Stuffed Harissa Sliders. Those are such juicy, fun, zippy burgers; check them out if you didn’t see them when I posted them. Since I used Harissa in those burgers, a North African condiment of different peppers, I thought it would be fun to find something from Africa to go along with the burgers. So here it is, African Tomato & Onion Salad.
Classic Grilled Chicken Fajitas
I love fajitas and have made them on a sheet pan, made them in my cast iron skillet and I have a dry Fajita Seasoning on my site. Every once in a while I want the real deal. Real deal smoky, garlicky, lime-y grilled fajitas. Classic Grilled Chicken Fajitas.
