Every once in awhile I come across a recipe that defies every known law of cooking! That’s this one. Sheet Tray Sausages with Onions & Grapes. It has a handful of ingredients, one admittedly a little strange, that you might have at home. It’s no effort, drop-dead simple and ready in about 35 minutes. Home-made at least, and especially on this Fruited Chicken Salad with Honey Dijon. Don’t tell my sis!

Wild Rice Chicken Salad
Can a girl have too many chicken salad recipes? According to my recipe box, probably not! Especially when one of them transitions out of the dog days of summer into crisp, cool fall as well as this one does. After all, nothing says fall to us Northerners quite like wild rice!
