It might seem like my blog has a lot to do with baking, lately. I’ve been updating all of my Dessert Menus; organizing them properly and that means posting the results. So if you’re tired of multiple posts on Desserts, thanks for bearing with me. So I thought I’d reward you with a cookie, but not just any cookie. I am a sucker for really good, ooey gooey chocolate chip cookies. In my opinion, just forget the apple pie; there’s nothing that says “American” quite like chocolate chip cookies. And that’s especially true of these Bills Chocolate Chip Cookies.
