I gotta tell ya guys, I can’t resist this Copycat Panera Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I ordered it the first time by accident and was immediately hooked! I found myself stopping by Panera more than once just to satisfy my cravings, so I knew I had to make a home version and avoid spending $$ and avoid the long waits in line.

Southwestern Queso Burgers
Sometimes you just need an epic burger and for me, that sometimes is a summer gathering or maybe a summer holiday. That’s when you need a knock your socks off show stopper of a burger. And if it’s messy, who cares when it’s these Southwestern Queso Burgers!

Honey Chipotle Glaze
I’m gonna share one of my secrets with you guys! (Don’t tell…on second thought, do! Share it everywhere!) It’s this Honey Chipotle Glaze. If you cook (and I’m guessing you do or you wouldn’t be here!) you gotta know how we all have those recipes that people remember and ask about? This simple little sauce (glaze sounds better) is one of those.

Bahn Mi Street Tacos
I don’t know if any of you guys watch Diners Drive-Ins & Dives but I swear it’s becoming an issue at my house. I might need a support group! That’s where I got the idea of Bahn Mi Street Tacos. They’re def a play on American Southern and Mexican with just a touch of Asian tossed in the mix. And just when you might think you’re bored of street tacos…this one is surprising in over the top flavor. A little crazy, even, but it just works!

Game Day Brisket Chili
This is the Chili you want when you want a huge pot o’ chili. When you want to serve a crowd of adults who love spice and love chili, maybe for an event. And even though this is named Game Day Brisket Chili, you don’t have to reserve this big pot of seriously spicy, meaty chili only for a Game Day (although this will shine at a Superbowl party or Tailgate event) and I actually have other barbecue type options for the meat you can sub in for the Brisket.
