Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
I love love love fall. It’s my favorite season. I love the cool crisp air, and the fall colors and the golden fields and bare branches contrasting against the cool skies. And I love fall flavors and food that has. Lots of taste, lots of comfort. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus qualifies on both counts.
Roasted Cauliflower and Chickpea Salad
I wasn’t just going on and on about the Chickpea in the previous post for the fun of it! 🙂 I am absolutely enamored by this main dish salad. It’s full of fantastic good for you ingredients: Spinach, Chickpeas, Olives and Oven Roasted Cauliflower and is set off beautifully by the home-made dressing.
