If you follow me (and if you don’t, I’d love it if you would, by email, on facebook or pinterest) you’re going to think I’ve gone a little Cauliflower Cray Cray! And I have! I recently made “Essential Oven Roasted Cauliflower” and then I made Cauliflower with Dates & Pine Nuts. Now, here’s Smoky Cauliflower Hummus.
When I made Oven Roasted Cauliflower the other day, I promised I’d show you a simple but fun way to “dress it up.” Well, here it is, a nutty brown butter sauce punctuated with sweet dates and crunchy pine nuts.

I’m sure more than a few of you who stop by my blog or get email updates on what I’m cooking up also follow Suzanne from A Pug in the Kitchen. If you don’t, you’re missing out on a very special blog from a charming lady & her sidekick Percy. You’ll find a post from me there, for Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Chermoula Sauce. So there, that’s your “teaser” so click over now to find out more about this enticing recipe, and be sure to take a few minutes to explore Suzanne’s blog while you’re there. 🙂
