They are served on a fresh, soft roll; it has to be soft, nothing too fancy. Then they’re drizzled with the same garlicky herby vinaigrette it was marinated in. It’s a double dose of flavor and melds that gorgeous, juicy chicken and bun into one cohesive sandwich.
