Hands down one of my favorite dishes of all times, a Home Style Chicken Shawarma is easier to make than you might think. Best of all, this recipe is absolutely going to deliver on taste and flavor!
My little cherry tomato plant has been a bit stingy, probably because I just put it in a big pot and kind of left in the northeast corner of my back steps for the first half of its miserable existence. Then I tossed it out where there’s some good southern exposure. It was a shock for him. But finally, he adjusted to the August heat and started putting out! So I decided to make Oven Roasted Green Beans & Cherry Tomatoes.
These Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts are pretty special. Roasted to perfection, they’re gorgeous as is, but you’ll want to take these one step further: Finish them off with a sweet, tart White Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Fall has caught up with us with a fury this October. We’ve finally had our first real frost. And with it, a flurry of activity. Some herbs were potted and brought in and as many green tomatoes as we deemed prudent picked and placed in bags in the garage where they’ll slowly ripen. And with all that going on, I thought an easy meal, like this Easy Sausage Sheet Tray Bake, was in order.
If you want to bring a meal in on a budget, it’s hard to go wrong with pork loin chops. Except they can easily be dry as toast if you’re not careful. Not these Herb Rubbed Beer Brined Pork Chops with Roasted Potatoes (and yeah, I know that title’s a mouthful!) They’re moist, succulent, tender and flavorful.
