It’s been hot this summer, and I’ve been making these Chinese Sesame Noodles on repeat. They’re perfect at room temperature, with a creamy sesame sauce that clings to every noodle and just enough spice to wake everything up. My cravings for this dish aren’t limited to summer, though. I’ll happily have these for lunch or dinner all year long. And after your first bite, I think you’ll feel the same!
Shortcut Beef Bulgogi
One of my favorite things is this quick and easy Korean dish, Shortcut Beef Bulgogi. I have a couple of other recipes here for Bulgogi. One is an Instant Pot version, the other traditional. And I even have a Korean Leaning Pork Tenderloin. (All linked below). Why another version?
Viral Dumpling Lasagna
This viral dumpling lasagna is all over social media, and it’s pure genius. All the flavor of your favorite Asian dumplings, with none of the time-consuming wrapping. Even better, they take minutes to toss together and steam in no time.
Pork and Scallion Potstickers
I don’t know if I’ve ever told you guys my dirty little secret. It’s true – I am a fiend for potstickers. I’m the problem, it’s me! I am especially a fiend for my Pork and Scallion Potstickers. (Beware: long post below!)
Korean Pork Tenderloin
Pork Tenderloin might not be the usual suspect when thinking of Bulgogi, but this Korean Pork Tenderloin is spectacular! While Bulgogi typically stars thinly sliced beef sizzling on a grill or in a quick stir-fry (check out my beef Bulgogi recipe linked below), this twist is a game-changer.
