This is one of my fave salad dressings of all time, Sherry Vinaigrette. I have been making it literally for decades and actually I’m a little surprised I haven’t posted it before. it’s not often there isn’t a bottle in my fridge, and that’s partly because it’s so versatile.
Irish Pub Salad
Irish Pub Salad is just chock full of all of my favorite things! It’s as if you took all the best things from one of those salad bars from the ’90s, except everything is updated and fresh. Then you top it with a marvelous, creamy dressing. I mean, just look – there are hard-boiled eggs and pickled beets in this salad. And tomatoes, red onion, radishes (and other veggies if you’d like), and don’t forget the sprinkling of bleu cheese!
Old Fashioned Poppy Seed or Coleslaw Dressing
My mom handed me this recipe back in the 1970s, and it’s been a workhorse in my kitchen ever since. With just tiny tweaks, this simple, sweet and tangy dressing transforms from a beautiful poppy seed dressing into a classic vinegar slaw dressing (and can go full on German if you lean that way).
Homemade Italian Seasoning Blend
How about you guys, do you use Italian Seasoning? Are you up for a fresh, homemade version, something that can become not just Italian Seasoning, but your own signature blend? I love mixing up my Homemade Italian Seasoning Blend to have on hand to jazz up so many things.
Creamy Lime Vinaigrette
So what kind of vinaigrette person are you? I’m not usually a creamy dressing person, but there are a few exceptions. This Creamy Lime Vinaigrette is one of them.
