I gotta tell ya guys, I can’t resist this Copycat Panera Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I ordered it the first time by accident at Panera and was immediately hooked! Just to satisfy my cravings, I had to make a home version to avoid spending $$. (And to avoid a wait in line!)

Does anybody remember way back when I posted a copycat recipe for Panera’s Steak & White Cheddar Panini? I mentioned I already had a “go-to” sandwich, but I followed my friend’s lead and ordered the steak one. My “go-to” was Panera’s Turkey Artichoke Panini. When I was out with my friend I didn’t realize it was no longer on the menu, which is a good thing because I swear I had to grieve alone when I found out.

In an unexpected twist, I fell in love with the Steak & White Cheddar Panini at Panera Bread. A friend and I met at Panera, and I followed her lead. Then we made Copycat Panera Steak and White Cheddar Panini later at my home!
