Molasses Spice Cookies. If any single food item can define a season, it has to be this mixture of molasses and spices that heralds in late fall to early winter. Warm, earthy, just a bit soft and chewy, these Molasses Spice Cookies are perfection. If I do say so myself! And I do! 🙂
Classic Tea “Thumbprint” Cookies & Holiday Fall Out
I have more than a few posts that should have been gotten out before the holidays, but better late than never? It feels a bit like post-Holidayliptic Fall Out to share them now! I mean when a holiday is over, it’s over and few people want to continue to indulge (or bake) after Christmas. But I just had to share my Classic Tea Thumbprint Cookies. Make them now (leftover cranberry sauce is great in the middle) or pin them for next year.
Black & White Biscotti
These Black & White Biscotti have become a family fave. I originally started making them for Christmas cookie trays (even though we have not a drop of Italian in our family tree) partially because they’re insanely good and partially because they travel and/or ship so well. Now I just make them anytime I have an urge.
