Tomato Pie’s been on my bucket list for a while! I know – strange, right? Well, maybe not if you have a ton of tomatoes, and maybe not if you’re from the South. Or maybe not if you watch Paula Dean. But this isn’t quite that tomato pie. This is a Cheesy Tomato & Vidalia Pie, and you’ll want to serve it for lunch or dinner, maybe with a simple green salad.

Bourbon Bacon Jam
It wasn’t too long ago that Bacon Jam came on my radar – I can tell you when – the week we featured it on our link party, Throwback Thursday, back in July. Well, the recipe looked marvelous, and I used it for inspiration. Thank, Chef Julianna of Foodie on Board! You’ve ruined me forever, btw!! I can’t imagine what my life would be like now without Bourbon Bacon Jam.

Crispy Vidalia Onion Rings & Assorted Vegetables with Chili Lime Dipping Sauce
If you could conjure up the lightest, crispiest, most ethereal onion rings, these are them. The beer batter just barely clings to any vegetable lovingly dipped in it, but don’t be deceived; these have a serious crunchiness. Best of all, these are well-behaved rings: no drooping, no slipping.
