Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • 3 scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 (1.4 ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry and chopped finely
  • Bread chunks, crackers and/or fresh vegetables for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
