- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup shortening
Instructions
Slightly warm, but don’t melt, the shortening. It should be just soft enough to blend. Mix all three ingredients and whisk until no lumps remain. Transfer to a clean jar and ad a lid.
Use a pastry brush, wax paper, or butter wrapper to spread evenly on pans before baking.
