Every spring I hafta make this coffee cake and this is not just any old coffee cake, it’s my Rhubarb Coffee Cake with a Vanilla Streusel and to top it all off, a Vanilla Sauce. Did you get all that? It’s a one, two, three punch of sweet tart goodness. Over the top and out of bounds, hands down, this is one of my all time faves. This spring, I’m rewriting & reposting with new photos. (Look at the pic at the bottom of the page and you’ll see why! And besides, you need this for Mother’s day!!)
My Dad’s been asking for Oatmeal Cookies for longer than I care to admit. And we had three, yes, three cartons of Old Fashioned Oats in the cupboard. And so here they are, the best Oatmeal Cookies, ever! And my Dad thinks so, too!! 🙂 It always tickles me pink to get a thumbs up from my Dad!
Ya’ll I know I love a good quick bread, and judging from the views of the ones on my blog, I think you do, too. Amirite? I think you guys will like this Apple Fritter Bread just as much.
Happy Valentine’s Day! Valentine’s Day is often thought of as the day we celebrate our sweetheart. Flowers, chocolate, cards and cupcakes are all appropriate. Yeah, see how I worked that Cupcake in? Slick, huh? In my defense, this is a Raspberry Filled Cupcake topped with Carlee’s White Chocolate Buttercream. It’s not to be missed.
